This collaborative study by VCF and DiCentral explores the benefit of effective scorecarding and the opportunity to identify growth potential, maximize customer satisfaction, gain financial benefit, and balance risk and overall company benefit.
The study includes feedback from over 30 of the industry’s leading retailers.
We will look at:
- Scorecard uses and reasons cited by the participants of the survey
- Key data points companies commonly use to support their scorecards
- Where opportunities exist for companies to improve their scorecard efforts
We will identify trend lines and common uses stated by the participants of the survey, including detailed data collection and reporting options.
Conversely, we will identify the dissimilar survey responses and attempt to explain or demystify why there are varying vantage points.
Lastly, we will identify where best practices are being used by companies and identify where opportunities exist to improve scorecards.
Registrants of the webinar will receive a full print version of the Scorecard Study Report in March 2012.
