Founding Partner, Orion Advisors Group (Formerly Senior Executive Vice President for Kohl's Department Stores)

Ken is a founding partner of Orion Advisors Group, a boutique advisory firm specializing in helping companies build strategies for supply chain and IT/Digital transformations, providing operational expertise for Omni-channel operations, and developing operating strategies to improve speed, cost, and quality through the supply chain. Previously he was the Senior Executive Vice President for Kohl's Department Stores, responsible for supply chain, IT, store design, store construction, and sustainability during a period of rapid growth.

His keynote will focus on the new challenges faced by retailers and suppliers as they serve the same customer in an omni-channel environment. He will address the stress that demands for speed and quality creates in the relationship and potential solutions that a collaborative effort can bring to help solve those problems.

Monuments No trip to Washington, D.C. is complete without touring our nation's celebrated monuments and memorials - a great way to kick-off the Spring Conference!
The tour starts at 1:30 pm EDT on Sunday and will include stops at the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korean Veterans Memorial, Roosevelt Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, King Memorial, Capital, and World War 2 Memorial.

Attendees and guests are welcome to join us for a guided tour of the monuments for the fee of $35.00 per person by selecting the "Guided Tour of Monuments Fee" product addition.

Sail on the Potomac Tuesday evening while networking and dining with us.

Attendees are welcome to join us for a Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Potomac as part of their Conference registration on a first-come, first-serve basis. Attendees may bring a guest at the fee of $79.00 by selecting the "Dinner Cruise - 'Bring a Guest' Fee" product addition.

Payment must be received prior to event taking place or registrant forfeits right to participate. Exceptions must be approved in advance; request for exception may be submitted to

Registration Cancellations
In the event of registration cancellation, a credit will be applied towards a future RVCF event, less a 25% administrative fee. Credits must be used within one (1) year of issue and may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization. No credits for any cancellations for events where the registration rate is below $300 per person or where cancellation takes place within 7 calendar days of the start of the event. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Substitutions may be made at any time.

Acts of God, Fires, Strikes, or Cancellation of Event
In case this event is interrupted, postponed or discontinued due to (i) the event venue having been destroyed or damaged, or (ii) if the event fails to take place as scheduled or is interrupted or discontinued for any reason, or (iii) access to the premises is prevented or interfered with by reason of any strike, lockout, injunction, act of war, act of terrorism or threat of terrorism, act of God, emergency declared by any governmental agency, etc., the attendee/registrant waives any and all damages and claims for damages, and agrees that the only liability of RVCF shall be, at RVCF's sole option, either to (a) reschedule the event or (b) to return to each attendee its registration fee, less a pro-rata share of all costs and expenses incurred by RVCF.
