RVCF Outlines "The Recommended Structure for Compliance Manuals and Websites"
Sunday, April 1, 2018
The Retail Value Chain Federation (RVCF) has invaluable insight into how today's compliance manuals and websites can be improved as a result of our Compliance Clearinghouse monitoring service. On a daily basis, we comb through thousands of pages of sites and manuals to find changes and report them to our supplier member base. Through this monitoring, we see what works, and what doesn't.
In an effort to improve supplier performance and accuracy, RVCF has developed The Recommended Structure for Compliance Manuals and Websites. The document outlines a simple framework for organizing compliance manuals and websites as well as the communication of changes.
The Recommended Structure for Compliance Manuals and Websites is "an especially helpful guide for building a comprehensive standards manual and site that covers all the bases," according to Victor Engesser, Retail Executive Advisor for RVCF. Kim Zablocky, Founder of RVCF, also noted that "by bringing alignment to supplier communications, retailers enable their suppliers to improve performance and achieve an error-free flow of goods to market."
