Improving compliance performance is a critical activity for both retailers and merchandise suppliers. With better compliance performance come fewer out-of-stocks, less excess inventory, fewer markdowns, higher margins and a better experience for both in-store and online customers – all of which translate to financial benefits for both trading partners.
To that end, RVCF conducted a survey asking participants to respond to each question on a 1-5 ranking scale and provide additional comments. For each question, we’ll show you the parameters for this scale, as well as the options and responses in graph form. We’ll also share actual comments from survey participants addressing what works and what doesn't.
