Global Compliance Protocol
With the input of a dozen major retailers, RVCF designed a common structure for compliance guides and website navigation. The Global Compliance Protocol is an expansion of the Compliance Manual Convention introduced in 2004 for domestic compliance requirements. The goal of the Global Compliance Protocol is to provide commonality amongst all compliance guides and sites in that the end user, whether merchandise supplier or factory, knows where information will reside regardless of trading partner. The Global Compliance Protocol is the recommended structure for all compliance guides and sites – domestic or international; brand or private label; store, catalog, or e-commerce.
